van Grinsven Group
The van Grinsven Group is a family of businesses working together with shared values. Pierre Properties is part of the van Grinsven Group and manages the van Grinsven Group Team Card Program for over 300 team members each year.
Team Card Program
Our Team Card is a quick and easy way, like a secret handshake, to be identified as part of the van Grinsven Group team for social events and to access various perks throughout the year.
Rules
Using your Team card
Perks are benefits, discounts, and deals available to team members through the Team Card Program.
To use a Perk, just show your valid Team Card at a van Grinsven Group business with a current Perk on offer when ordering and paying. Current and upcoming Perks are advertised on this page.
You can use your Team Card to get Perks for one person accompanying you at a van Grinsven Group business. If you go out with a group of friends, you can use your Team Card to get Perks for you and one of your friends, but not the whole group.
You may use a valid Team Card issued to you, even if you leave our team during the year.
Perks cannot be used in conjunction with other benefits, discounts or deals. In other words, you can’t stack a Perk on top of a special for a double discount.
You can’t use your Team Card while you are working, nor can you use it to get a Perk for someone else while you are working. You must be a customer to use your Team Card.
Don’t give or lend your Team Card to anyone. Sharing is nice, but don’t share your Team Card.
Team Cards are only valid for the calendar year of issue printed on the card; the card expires at the end of the calendar year. Once a Team Card has expired it’s just a memento - you can keep your expired Team Card.
Don’t lose your Team Card. Because of the number of Team Cards issued each year it’s essentially “finders, keepers”. It may not be replaced if simply misplaced.
Drink responsibly and take care of yourself and your friends; always plan a safe night!
Serving a Team card holder
You must see a Team Card in the hand of the cardholder every time you approve a Perk, even if you know the person is a cardholder you still need to see the Team Card. Why? This formality helps us validate Perks and the proper use of Team Cards.
Don’t accept unofficial team cards, we only have one type of Team Card in circulation at a time. The same as yours. We will never issue multiple different types during a period.
Team Card holders are both part of our team and a customer. We are happy for cardholders to use their Team Cards. Treat Team Card holders as you would any customer.
It’s OK to ask which business a Team Card holder is from, if you are curious, but there is no need for a Team Card holder to identify themselves to use a Team Card - simply showing a valid Team Card is all that’s required to access Perks.
